$1M/$2M minimum coverage required. ABMP and AMTA plans both qualify. Your own policy, your own protection.

Having your own professional massage chair is preferred. If you do not have one yet, let us know and we can discuss options.

A signed W-9 and ACH banking information are required before your first pay run. Contractors are paid weekly via direct deposit.
