As a 1099 independent contractor in the DHW network, you bring your expertise. We bring the clients, contracts, scheduling, and business infrastructure. You show up, perform, and get paid the same day.
DHW pays every contractor on the same day they complete a session. No waiting on invoices, no net-30 delays. You work, you get paid.
We build recurring corporate relationships — weekly, biweekly, and monthly clients — so your schedule is predictable and your income is stable.
Sales, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and invoicing are all handled by DHW. Your only job is showing up and delivering an excellent session.
We work with companies across Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley — keeping travel manageable and assignments local.
As DHW's client roster grows, so does your opportunity. Our goal is 100 therapists by year-end — getting in early means priority on new contracts.
You are an independent contractor — full flexibility to set your availability, accept or decline assignments, and maintain other clients outside of DHW.
Contractor rates are negotiated individually based on experience, specialties, and availability. All contractors are paid on the day of their completed session. Annual 1099-NEC forms issued for all contractors earning $600+ in a calendar year.
You set your availability. We work around it. Whether you are available five days a week or only two, DHW assigns work that fits your schedule. You are never obligated to accept an assignment that doesn't work for you.
We currently assign work across the East Valley: Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley. Tell us your preferred range and we match assignments accordingly.

We verify your Arizona LMT license, review insurance documentation, and schedule a brief phone conversation to confirm fit.
Your DHW contractor agreement and W-9 are sent via DocuSign. Once completed, you are in our active contractor network.
Assignments are offered based on your availability, location preferences, and specialties. You confirm, show up, and deliver.
Payment is processed on the day of each completed session. Priority placement goes to therapists with the strongest reliability record.
