Is there a minimum contract commitment? ▼
No. We offer month-to-month arrangements with no long-term obligation. We also offer 90-day pilot programs for companies that want to experience DHW before committing to a recurring schedule.
What if our location is outside the East Valley? ▼
Reach out and let us know your location. As our therapist network grows, our service territory expands. We may be able to accommodate locations outside our core East Valley area — contact us and we'll let you know definitively.
Can I request the same therapist each time? ▼
Yes. For recurring clients, we do our best to assign the same therapist consistently so your employees build familiarity and comfort. When your primary therapist is unavailable, we notify you in advance and arrange qualified coverage.
