All services are prepaid 48 hours before the scheduled session. We issue invoices 5–7 days in advance and accept ACH transfer, Zelle, and check.

Need to Know.

Do we need to provide equipment or a special room?
No. Our therapists arrive with everything required. You provide a reasonably quiet space — a conference room, breakroom, or cleared area works perfectly. Setup and breakdown are handled entirely by the therapist.
Are your therapists licensed and insured?
Yes — without exception. Every DHW therapist holds a current Arizona LMT credential and carries individual professional liability insurance. We provide certificates of insurance to your legal or facilities team prior to any session.
What if employees don't want to participate?
Participation is always voluntary — and this concern rarely materializes in practice. What consistently happens is that the first employees who participate become the most enthusiastic advocates in the building by end of day. Within a single session, there is typically more demand than scheduled capacity.
How does payment work?
All services are prepaid 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. We issue invoices 5–7 days in advance. For recurring clients, we send one monthly invoice covering all sessions in that period. We accept ACH bank transfer, Zelle, and check.
